The Power of Intentional Replies

There is one communication style all leaders are going to need in 2024 and that is the ability to reply with intention.

When a leader replies with intentionality it cements in the mind of an employee that this is a leader that is paying attention to what I say. What may appear as a small act is the key contributor to building a leadership reputation without you saying a word.

To reply with intention keep a few things in mind:

• How will my response make the other person feel?

• Are you wanting to respond to be the first one to make a point? And, further does making that point help the team or hurt the team?
